Therapist at The Human Flourishing Project, Nottingham. This and my many years of experience in private practice have given me extensive experience working with clients struggling with a range of experiences including bereavement, suicidal ideation, domestic and sexual abuse, mental health diagnoses, depression and anxiety.

MA in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy, University of Nottingham. During my MA, I was particularly interested in male suicide rates and the effect of masculinity on men's help seeking behaviour and I carried out research on this subject.
